The National Optical Astronomical Observatories operates the facilities on Kitt Peak and is funded by the National Science Foundation














Lunar and Planetary Laboratory of the UofA
LPL is dedicated to the goal of understanding and teaching about the formation and evolution of the planetary system








Whipple Observatory
The observatory arm of the Smithsonian Institution located on Mt. Hopkins.
