Desert Skies is the official, monthly publication for the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association, and contains interesting articles, news on upcoming events, and other information. A printed copy is mailed to all active members about one week before each monthly meeting.

The current newsletter is provided on-line to members a few days before the monthly meeting, and is always posted after the printed copies of the newsletter are delivered by mail to members. (Printed newsletters arrive in the mail about a week before the monthly general meeting.)
The TAAA newsletter is provided in the Adobe PDF format, which may be viewed with Adobe Reader and Acrobat (version 4.0 and above), or some other viewing software, such as Preview. If your computer doesn't have a PDF viewer installed, click on the icon below to download free Adobe Reader software for Macs, PCs, and UNIX systems:
The newsletter is a large file with images included. If you have a slower dial-up internet connections, try right-clicking on newsletter links and saving the PDF files to your hard drive. Then open the newsletters from the saved files using your viewing application.
